Q. When can I make a reservation for a chartered bus?
Reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis, so please contact us from the stage when your plan is roughly decided.
Reservations are easy to fill up on Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays and the tourist season (April-May) (October-November), so please do so as soon as possible.
Q. Is the quote free? How long do you have to answer?
Yes. It's all free.
The guideline for reply is within 24 hours, but please note that it may be delayed by 2 to 3 days on Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, and busy seasons.
In the case of year-end and New Year holidays and summer holidays, it will be delayed by about one week.

Q. What kind of bus do you have? What is the capacity of the bus?
We have a large bus [53-55 people] and "Super High Decker" so that you can see the scenery from the train window.

Q. How to pay for the chartered bus?
After making a reservation, please transfer to our designated account stated in the confirmation email or fax at least one month before the departure date.
If you make a reservation within one month before the departure date, please make the transfer by the date specified by us.
Q. What is the cancellation fee?

If you wish to cancel, please contact us during our business hours (9:00 pm to 5:00 pm).
Q. What kind of equipment is inside the chartered sightseeing bus?
All vehicles are equipped with TV, VCR and air conditioning as standard equipment.
We are fully equipped with facilities such as a bottle cooler to enjoy your bus trip.
Q. What happens to the gasoline fee, parking fee, and highway usage fee when using a chartered sightseeing bus?
The price of the chartered tour bus includes the gasoline fee.
Customers are responsible for parking fees and highway usage fees.
Customers are also responsible for the call charges at Chitose Airport.
Q. What happens to the crew of the chartered bus when using it for 1 night and 2 days?
The accommodation fee for the chartered bus crew will be borne by the customer.
We ask our customers to make basic arrangements.
Please contact the inn where you are staying for the crew accommodation fee.
If you cannot arrange accommodation for the crew, please contact us as we can arrange it.
Q. I use the bus for 2 nights and 3 days or more, but I do not use the bus on the other days. In that case?
For inquiries that are picked up for 2 nights and 3 days or more, we will make a quotation for sending and picking up.
In that case, the bus that dropped off the customer will return once and will be picked up again on the day of the return.
However, depending on the itinerary, accommodation expenses for the crew may be required. Customers are responsible for the high-speed charges for forwarding.
Q. Is there a student discount for students to pick up and drop off at the training camp?

We can arrange small buses to jumbo taxis from our partners.
