About new coronavirus infectious disease prevention measures in chartered buses
First of all, we would like to extend our deepest sympathies to all those who have been affected by the new coronavirus infection. Thank you very much to all the medical workers who continue to work hard again. Based on the situation of the new coronavirus infection, we are working on the following measures based on the "Guidelines for preventing new coronavirus infection on buses" created by the Japan Bus Association so that customers can use chartered buses with peace of mind. I'm here. (1) Infection prevention measures [Responses at the start and end of work roll calls] Droplet infection prevention film and alcohol disinfectant are installed on the face-to-face roll call table when arriving and leaving work. Health check (temperature measurement, physical condition, filling in health condition confirmation sheet) at roll call. All crew members are required to wear masks, and cough etiquette is thoroughly practiced. The alcohol detector is properly sterilized. (2) Measures on the bus [Equipment] Alcohol disinfectant is installed on the bus. A droplet infection prevention film is installed immediately after the driver's seat. Disposable gloves are used when storing luggage in the trunk. [Ventilation / Disinfection] We use the air conditioner in the outside air ventilation mode, and open the windows during breaks to ventilate the inside of the car. (The air in the car will be replaced in about 5 minutes in the outside air ventilation mode while driving.) Ventilation inside the car for each service: Before the start, after the end of the service, and while waiting, open the windows and doors to ventilate. During breaks, etc., areas that may be touched by multiple users (handrails, etc.) are wiped with disinfectant. (3) When boarding [Crew and guide] Guidance is provided facing forward as much as possible. (4) [Call for cooperation in infection prevention] We are asking customers to cooperate in infection prevention measures. Hand sanitizer is available on the bus. We ask that you sanitize your hands when boarding. We ask that you wear a mask on the bus. In order to prevent droplet infection, we ask that you refrain from drinking alcohol, karaoke, and talking in a loud voice. We ask that you refrain from boarding if you have a fever, cough, or are feeling unwell. If you feel unwell during the service, please do not overdo it and consult with the crew as soon as possible. We plan to continue to take preventive measures against infectious diseases until the novel coronavirus infection is contained and customers can use the sightseeing bus with peace of mind. We apologize for the inconvenience, but we ask for your understanding and cooperation. *For ventilation inside the bus, please also see the experimental image below. By turning on the ventilation function, the air will be replaced in about 5 minutes. Reference: Large bus interior ventilation experiment video (from Mitsubishi Fuso HP)
